How long does setup take?
We get Jess live within 24 hours of signup. During that window, we configure her with your pricing, services, brand voice, and communication style. Most businesses are fully operational — leads responding, social posting, CRM active — by the following morning.
Do I need to be technical to use this?
Not at all. You don't install anything, configure anything, or learn any software. You take the quiz, we set Jess up, and then you just text her when you need something. If you can send a text message, you can work with Jess. That's the whole point.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
No contracts. Month-to-month only. Cancel anytime with no penalty and no hassle. We believe if Jess isn't delivering results, you shouldn't be stuck paying for her. That said, most customers see results within the first two weeks and stay for years.
Do I pay for ad spend separately?
Yes — you pay Meta and Google directly for your actual ad spend. Jess manages the campaigns, the creative, the targeting, and the optimization. There is no markup on ad spend. You control your budget completely, and Jess makes every dollar work harder.

Do I own my data?
Yes, completely. Your customer data, contacts, conversation history, and business information belong to you. If you ever cancel, you can export everything. We don't hold your data hostage, sell it, or use it for any purpose other than running your marketing.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You get to take it with you. Before your account closes, you can export all contacts, conversation history, and business data in standard formats. We retain a copy for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind, then it is permanently deleted from our systems.
Who can see my customer conversations?
Only you and your authorized team members. McGuire Management staff can access account information to provide support, but your customer conversations are private. We do not read, sell, or train on your conversations without explicit consent. See our
