These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of McGuire Management LLC's services, including our website at mcguiremgmt.com and the AI marketing service provided under the name "Jess." By signing up or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

McGuire Management provides an AI-powered marketing service ("Jess") designed to run marketing operations for local service businesses. The service includes lead response automation, CRM and pipeline management, social media management, content creation, SEO optimization, ad campaign management, review request automation, appointment booking, and estimate and invoicing tools.
Jess operates from a dedicated phone number using real iPhone infrastructure. She is trained on your specific business information during onboarding and begins operating within 24 hours of account setup.
We reserve the right to modify, improve, or discontinue features of the service with reasonable notice. We will not materially reduce core functionality during a paid billing period without a refund option.
Current pricing for the McGuire Management service:
Billing is processed monthly on the date you signed up. Your first payment of $97 covers your first full month of service. Beginning with your second billing cycle, your subscription renews at $197/mo until cancelled.
All fees are in U.S. dollars. By providing payment information, you authorize McGuire Management to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Ad spend for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other third-party advertising platforms is not included in our monthly fee. You pay those platforms directly and are solely responsible for your ad budgets. We manage the campaigns — we do not receive any portion of your ad spend.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your account may be suspended until payment is resolved.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation penalties.
To cancel, email [email protected] or call (727) 241-0084. Your service will remain active through the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate or refund partial months after cancellation, except at our discretion for extenuating circumstances.
If you cancel during your first $97 trial month, you will not be charged the $197 renewal. You can cancel at any point during that month with no questions asked.
After cancellation, your account data is retained for 30 days to allow for re-activation. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted. You can request an export of your data before deletion by contacting us.
You agree to use the McGuire Management service only for lawful business purposes. You may not use Jess to:
You are responsible for all content that Jess sends on your behalf, including messages to leads, social media posts, and advertising copy. You agree to review and remain accountable for Jess's communications with your customers.
McGuire Management reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these acceptable use terms without refund.
McGuire Management retains all ownership of its technology, software, systems, proprietary AI models, and the "Jess" brand and persona. These Terms do not grant you any rights to McGuire Management's intellectual property.
You retain ownership of all content you provide to us — your business information, customer data, brand assets, and the content created by Jess specifically for your business. By using our service, you grant McGuire Management a limited license to use your business information and assets solely to provide the service.
We do not claim ownership over your customer list, your leads, or the relationships Jess develops on your behalf. Your customers are your customers.
McGuire Management provides the service "as is" and makes no guarantees of specific business outcomes, revenue increases, lead volumes, or marketing results. Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your industry, market conditions, and your business operations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, McGuire Management's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, Apple, or any other service that Jess connects with on your behalf. Their own terms govern your relationship with those platforms.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless McGuire Management LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. If you continue using the service after that date, you accept the updated Terms.
If you disagree with updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date without penalty for the remaining days of your current billing period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
